Hi, I'm Paris, founder of Sol Wellness Studio, massage therapist, and mum to two beautiful children.
I moved to the Macleay eight years ago, meeting my partner MJ. We have grown our family here and now Sol Wellness Studio. This season of life has shaped me in more ways than I could have imagined. Becoming a mother has deepened my passion for women's health and given my work a whole new meaning.
Like many women, I have experienced the physical and emotional demands that come with caring for everyone else while trying to find myself again. It was through this season that I realised I needed to create the kind of space I would have needed myself.
A place where women can slow down, soften, and feel genuinely cared for.
Today, my work is centred around supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, scar release, and the many transitions that come with womanhood. For me, this work is about so much more than massage. It is about helping women reconnect with themselves, feel supported in their bodies, and know that they deserve care too.

At Sol Wellness Studio, we believe restorative touch is an essential part of wellbeing.
Women spend so much of their lives caring for others. They carry the mental load, navigate change and often place their own needs at the bottom of the list. We believe every woman deserves a space where she can put that down for a moment and simply receive care.
Whether you are preparing for motherhood, recovering from birth, navigating a season of stress or simply needing a moment to exhale, you are welcome here.
We know that when women feel supported in their bodies, the impact extends far beyond the treatment room. It flows into their families, their relationships and their communities.
Sol was created to bring this kind of care to the Macleay. A place where women feel seen, supported and cared for through every season of life.
