I'm Paris, founder of Sol Wellness Studio, women's restorative massage therapist and mum to two little ones. When I'm not in the studio, I'm usually at home with my babies and my partner MJ, also known as my very supportive unpaid employee.

Restorative - 90 Minutes
A restorative full-body massage designed to release tension and regulate the nervous system. This treatment allows time for focused work on areas of concern while maintaining a deeply relaxing flow. Each treatment begins with Sol's complimentary magnesium foot soak and consultation, allowing time to discuss your wellbeing and treatment preferences. Pregnancy - 90 Minutes
Supportive bodywork tailored to the changing body during pregnancy. Designed to ease muscular tension, encourage circulation and create space for deep rest and connection. This session is longer to allow for targeted relief within a full body flow. Each treatment begins with Sol's complimentary magnesium foot soak and consultation, allowing time to discuss your wellbeing and treatment preferences. Please allow an additional 15 minutes to your appointment time.

Postpartum - 90 Minutes
Gentle therapeutic massage supporting the body's recovery after birth. Focused on relieving upper body tension and restoring balance within the pelvis. Please allow an additional 15 minutes to your appointment time.

- How do I book a treatment?
- You can book online through our booking system, or get in touch and I'll help find a time that works for you.
- Do you have to be pregnant?
- No, we are a space for all women, in every stage of life.
- What should I expect on my first visit?
- From the moment you arrive, you'll be invited to slow down. Your appointment begins with a warm magnesium foot soak and consultation, where we'll discuss your health history, any areas of concern, and what you're hoping to get from your treatment. Your treatment will then be tailored to your body's needs on the day. Whether you're visiting for restorative massage, pregnancy care, postpartum support, or scar release, you'll be guided through the process and given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. There is no need to prepare anything special. Simply arrive as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself the time to settle in and receive care.
- Can I bring my baby?
- Absolutely. Babies are always welcome at Sol. I know how difficult it can be to carve out time for yourself as a mother, and if bringing your baby means you can receive the care and support you need, then please bring them along. Feeding, settling, cuddles, and nappy changes are all welcome here. As babies become a little older, usually from around 4 months of age, they often become more aware of their surroundings and keen to move and explore. While they are still very welcome in the studio, it is worth considering that your treatment may feel a little less restful if your attention is needed throughout the appointment. You are welcome to bring along anything that helps your baby feel comfortable, including a pram, carrier, capsule, play mat, or bouncer. My goal is for both you and your baby to feel comfortable, supported, and welcome throughout your visit.
